Give yourself space and time to reflect, be mindful and get creative while having fun and leave with an actionable plan for sustainable change to realise the fulfilled and healthy life balance you want:

  • Join a small group of like-minded women for presentations, workshops, wine tasting and yoga to map out your path towards your future – whether your goals are professional, personal, educational or wellness driven.
  • Take the time to reset your own inner compass, in a safe space where you can dare to dive into the major questions that will shape your next chapter. Find your way back to the authentic you.
  • Find the confidence to embrace major change, drawing on your unique life experience and the creativity and resilience you have built up over time.

Are you thinking about a new chapter but don’t know where to start?

Would you like to recalibrate some aspects of your life whether work, relationships or lifestyle and need time and space to explore how to do that?

At midlife and beyond, change is inevitable – physical, emotional and even financial. As children leave home, careers or jobs plateau and we want to optimise our physical and mental wellness as we realise that the years are not slowing down.  The time has come to pursue a life that we choose whether in a couple or alone.

So how do we map a path to a new life balance that incorporates all that we value?

Welcome to the Flourish retreat – a safe space to guide you onto the path for an exciting midlife and beyond. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you will find yourself in a group of likeminded women, all with the same mindset to think creatively about their next chapter to not only thrive but flourish.

Nothing ages better than fine wine.

And wine is a fabulous metaphor and tool for so many themes –balance, the careful blending of various elements for a desired outcome, sustainable development and mindfulness.  The retreat will be a balance of learning, working on your personal goals and play with time for morning yoga and for learning to taste confidently to choose and enjoy wine within a healthy lifestyle.

Join us for this exceptional weekend of change and exchange, growth and laughter where you’ll feel safe to share your hopes and dreams and you will leave refreshed, enthused and with a blueprint of next steps as well as a deeper knowledge of Bordeaux wine and yourself!

About Château Monlot, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Monlot, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, nestled in the heart of the vineyards.

Château Monlot, a majestic blonde stone building dating back to the 17th century, is located in the heart of the prestigious Saint-Émilion vineyards. Its fascinating past, marked by four centuries of history, begins in the time of King Louis XIII, in the heart of what was then a simple hunting lodge. Today, following the restructuring of the vineyard and the complete renovation of the winery and the residence, Château Monlot is proud to bear the colours of the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation.

During your stay, you’ll discover the Château Monlot vineyard, a veritable gift from nature, where each parcel of land is pampered to give birth to wines of character. Here, the art of winegrowing takes on its full meaning, in harmony with a unique and carefully preserved terroir.
