I often say, “My husband is a chef.” Now you get to find out for yourself! Join us for a genuine French dinner at our home, where good food, great wine, and plenty of laughter are always on the menu. Experience life like a local, enjoy homemade dishes, and share an evening with a Franco-Italian couple who love to cook, chat, and make you feel right at home.
How does it work ?
Step 1 - You choose your main course
BORDEAUX STYLE DINNER :
Côte de bœuf à la bordelaise – Juicy rib steak from our local butcher, served with a rich Bordeaux wine sauce
Seafood Platter – Fresh catches from the nearby Atlantic, a true taste of the ocean
FRENCH FAVORITES :
Blanquette de veau – Tender veal in a silky, creamy sauce that feels like a warm French hug
Pot-au-feu – Classic French beef and vegetable stew, slow-cooked for comfort and flavor
Cassoulet with duck confit – A hearty, slow-cooked bean stew with confit meats; rustic, cozy, and full of southwestern French charm.
ITALIAN FLAVORS :
Ossobuco – Braised veal shanks in a savory Italian sauce; rich, tender, and utterly satisfying.

What to expect ?
Expect a relaxed evening, generous home-cooked food, and the warmth of an authentic family home. No formality, no fuss—just real hospitality and the pleasure of sharing a meal together.
If what you’re looking for is silver cloches and Michelin-style service, we will gladly recommend some of Bordeaux’s excellent restaurants. But if you want a truly authentic French experience, lived from the inside, then our home is the right place.

Hours of dinner:
We recommand 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm approximately — and we’re happy to adapt to your habits and requests.
Transport:
We can happily arrange a taxi for you. Our home is located just 10 minutes by taxi from the heart of Bordeaux Allées de Tourny.
Dietary restrictions:
Since everything is homemade, we can adapt the menu to your needs—please let us know at least 7 days in advance.
